How the maison treats a name, an address, and a payment. Written for the house — not copied from a theme.

Who we are

HAYUGEN is a fashion maison designed in Yerevan. This storefront is the house’s own salon.

What we collect

The name and email you give when you open a file. The address required to dispatch a piece. Technical data needed to keep the salon running.

Cards and payment

We do not collect, store, or process card numbers on HAYUGEN pages. When you pay, an isolated, certified payment vault takes the card. Full card data is not written into this site or our own servers.

Dispatch

Pieces leave Yerevan by private courier. Timing is confirmed after the order exists. Duties, where they apply, are the client’s.

Returns

Unworn pieces, with all marks intact, may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. The private desk will arrange the reverse dispatch.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or close the file through the account page or the private desk. You may refuse editorial notes without losing the ability to buy.

This house file

Accounts, bags, orders, and desk notes are stored on the HAYUGEN server for this installation — not in Shopify. Passwords are hashed. Sessions are httpOnly cookies. Card numbers are never written to the file.
