Refund policy

HAYUGEN RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We accept return requests submitted within 14 days after the order has been delivered.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received. Original tags must remain attached, and the item should be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email armeniangene@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photographs, if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from HAYUGEN. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

For change-of-mind, sizing or preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked postal service. HAYUGEN is not responsible for return parcels lost or damaged while being shipped back.

If an item is damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact us before returning it. After reviewing the issue, HAYUGEN will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs when the error is confirmed.

Original delivery charges and any customs duties or import taxes are handled according to applicable consumer law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact armeniangene@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without their original tags, unless the item was delivered defective or applicable law provides otherwise

Sale items remain eligible for return unless they were clearly identified as final sale before purchase and such an exclusion is permitted by applicable law.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently process direct exchanges. To obtain another color or size, request a return for the original item. After the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To request a cancellation, contact armeniangene@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only if it has not already been processed or shipped. If the order has shipped, the return procedure above will apply.

EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If an order is delivered within the European Union, the customer generally has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of the customer’s country.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Where applicable, HAYUGEN may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or the customer provides evidence that it has been sent.

If more than 15 business days have passed since HAYUGEN approved your refund, contact armeniangene@gmail.com.
