Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work at HAYUGEN.

Return window

Return requests should be submitted within 14 days after delivery. Contact us before shipping any parcel back.

Eligibility

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Where reasonably possible, use original packaging.

How to start a return

Email armeniangene@gmail.com with your order number, the item to return, the reason, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind, sizing, or preference returns, the customer arranges and pays return shipping with tracking when possible. HAYUGEN is not responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us first. When confirmed, HAYUGEN provides instructions and covers reasonable return shipping.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom pieces
  • Items worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original tags (except defective delivery cases or where law provides otherwise)

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To change size or color, return the original item, then place a new order after the return is accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we notify you. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within about 10 business days; banks may need extra time to display the refund.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can cancel only if the order has not already been processed or shipped.

EU withdrawal rights

Where an order is delivered inside the European Union, mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply subject to legal exceptions. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under the laws of your country.
