Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with HAYUGEN. This policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver orders from Armenia to supported destinations worldwide.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Yerevan, Armenia. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During launches, holidays, or high order volume, processing may take longer. If a significant delay occurs, we contact you using the email on your order.

Shipping partners

HAYUGEN ships through HayPost and partner carriers. Depending on destination and the option selected at checkout, your order may ship by registered international post or express service. Final delivery may be completed by the destination country’s local postal network.

Destinations

We ship within Armenia and to supported international destinations. Availability depends on address, carrier reach, and local restrictions. If checkout does not offer a method for your address, email armeniangene@gmail.com.

Delivery estimates

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees:

  • Armenia: typically 1–5 business days after dispatch
  • International: typically 5–15 business days after dispatch

Customs review, remote areas, peak seasons, and local carrier conditions can extend delivery.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package, and method. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged for that option.

Tracking

When your order ships, a tracking reference is sent by email when available. International tracking detail can update in stages as the parcel moves through postal partners.

Duties and import taxes

Where applicable, import duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility under local law, unless checkout or law states otherwise.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If transit exceeds a reasonable period, contact us with your order number and tracking code. For damage or loss in transit, we work with the carrier and will guide inspection steps when required.
